• The United Kingdom and Ireland

    We cover the costs of return shipments from the United Kingdom, Ireland as well as other countries of the European Union. For all countries outside the European Union, that aren't part of the United Kingdom, the customer pays for the return shipping costs.

    You can easily create your return shipping label via the link in your order- or delivery confirmation. 



    We can arrange for safe return shipping by UPS or FedEx at a fixed price of 47 € regardless of how many carpets you return at any one time, exceptions to this rule apply to carpets over 15 sqm where we can help arrange for return shipping at cost price. The customer pays for return shipping.

  • Please use equivalent protective packaging if the original packing is destroyed or disposed of, to keep the carpet protected during transportation. 

  • Returning should be quick and easy! When your rug is returned, it usually takes 1-5 working days before it is received by our warehouse. Once we have received the return, we disinfect the package and our competent warehouse staff inspects the carpet to ensure that it is returned in the same condition as we sent it.

    When the return has been completed, we will send a confirmation and a return receipt to your e-mail.

    The reimbursement is issued immediately and is usually completed within 1-3 banking days after receiving the return receipt, depending on which payment method you have chosen.

  • You're able to return your carpet within 30 days after receiving it. Due to the pandemic, we are currently offering 100 days return policy. 
    In order to return, please follow the link in the return- or shipping confirmation to process your return request. You follow the steps and are immediately provided with the return label via email. 
    We arrange a pick up at your house - no need to carry the carpet to a post office.
    As soon as the carpet is received by our warehouse and inspected, the amount for the order will be refunded.
    You are also able to contact our customer service by phone or email if you require any help issuing the return. Our support staff will provide you with all the necessary documents and instructions to return the carpet to us. The e-mail will also include a PDF file for the return shipping label that you can print at home.
