  • The United Kingdom and Ireland

    We cover the costs of return shipments from the United Kingdom, Ireland as well as other countries of the European Union. For all countries outside the European Union, that aren't part of the United Kingdom, the customer pays for the return shipping costs.

    You can easily create your return shipping label via the link in your order- or delivery confirmation. 



    We can arrange for safe return shipping by UPS or FedEx at a fixed price of 47 € regardless of how many carpets you return at any one time, exceptions to this rule apply to carpets over 15 sqm where we can help arrange for return shipping at cost price. The customer pays for return shipping.

  • Please use equivalent protective packaging if the original packing is destroyed or disposed of, to keep the carpet protected during transportation. 

  • Returning should be quick and easy! When your rug is returned, it usually takes 1-5 working days before it is received by our warehouse. Once we have received the return, we disinfect the package and our competent warehouse staff inspects the carpet to ensure that it is returned in the same condition as we sent it.

    When the return has been completed, we will send a confirmation and a return receipt to your e-mail.

    The reimbursement is issued immediately and is usually completed within 1-3 banking days after receiving the return receipt, depending on which payment method you have chosen.

  • You're able to return your carpet within 30 days after receiving it. Due to the pandemic, we are currently offering 100 days return policy. 
    In order to return, please follow the link in the return- or shipping confirmation to process your return request. You follow the steps and are immediately provided with the return label via email. 
    We arrange a pick up at your house - no need to carry the carpet to a post office.
    As soon as the carpet is received by our warehouse and inspected, the amount for the order will be refunded.
    You are also able to contact our customer service by phone or email if you require any help issuing the return. Our support staff will provide you with all the necessary documents and instructions to return the carpet to us. The e-mail will also include a PDF file for the return shipping label that you can print at home.

  • No. Since we sell exclusively online there is no boutique or showroom where you can inspect our carpets before buying them. We are located in the south of Sweden.

    Our customer service is always ready to answer your questions if you require any extra advice regarding colours, materials, additional pictures or anything else. 

    You have 100 days purchase on approval when ordering from us, and can return the carpet if it doesn't meet your expectations - no questions asked. 

  • No. The stipulated dimensions do not include the fringes. The length is related strictly to the rug itself.

  • Yes. All carpets we offer are suitable for floors with underfloor heating. Of course, the heating should be operated in normal temperature ranges.

  • Our newly produced carpets are classified as 0-20 years. If a carpet is not newly produced, there is a good chance that they have had a previous owner, however, the carpets are all cleaned and inspected for any defects before we put them on the website. 

    0-20 years
    The carpet has been manufactured within those years. It is new and has never been used. It is very difficult to say the exact time when a carpet was knotted, but you can expect that it was likely within the last 5 years.

    20-50 years
    The carpets may have been used at some point in time, or simply could have been in storage. Some carpet sellers store their carpets for some time with the hope that they may increase in value. Some of these carpets classified in this group are carpets that are becoming rare and hard to come by.


    50-100 years
    If a carpet is marked as being between 50-100 years, this means they are semi-antique. These are considered to be very valuable as they have the semi-antique mark, and also consists of rare carpets.


    These are carpets classified as being over 100 years old.

  • No. We are only able to offer the sizes shown on our website. 

    If you want a carpet of a certain size, you can refine your search by using the maximum and minimum size tool to find the available carpets.

    Our Customer Service is also happy to assist you in finding the perfect carpet for your home.

  • Yes. It is very common for carpets to shed during the first few weeks, especially in high traffic areas, making it easy to spot small fibres. Do not worry – loose and excess fibres from the rug are characteristics of the material used.

  • All carpets shown on the website are in stock for immediate delivery. Usually, we deliver within 1-5 working days within the EU and 2-8 working days to other parts of the world. Our warehouse is based in Malmoe, Sweden.

    You will get a more precise estimated delivery time at the checkout. 

  • Yes. We will provide you with a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

    You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website at any time. 

    The tracking information is also available in your customer account on our website. 

  • Our warehouse staff will thoroughly pack your order with recyclable materials.

    Your carpet will be delivered either folded or rolled up, depending on size regulations from the carrier.

  • We offer door-to-door delivery. Your order is delivered to your house by a shipping company. You can always choose from at least one free shipping option when ordering within the EU.

    Depending on the size and weight of the parcel and your country of residence, the order can be delivered with a variety of freight companies. The relevant shipping options for your delivery are presented in the checkout.
  • Budbee delivers right to your doorstep. They deliver during evenings when most people are at home. Of course, you’ll be able to choose when and how your parcel should be delivered - if you want them to, they can knock, ring the doorbell, or leave the package on your doorstep.


    To track your delivery and state your preferences, download the Budbee app easily and free of charge. Budbee always keeps you updated through a link you received via text message or in the app. There you can also track your delivery in real-time.

  • We always offer at least one free shipping alternative. You're also able to choose express delivery for an additional cost.

  • Yes. We will gladly apply the discount code manually to your order. If the discount code was valid, please send it to our Customer Service together with your order number.

  • No. The customs and duty fees for orders to the UK and Ireland are covered by CarpetVista. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden.
