  • Yes, as long as we have not yet begun to pack and prepare your order for delivery. Since we aim for fast deliveries, this process begins very promptly after your order is placed. Therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, but we will, of course, do what we can to assist you.

    In some cases, depending on the chosen payment method and delivery option, you're able to cancel the order yourself by logging in to your customer account.

    You are able to add and remove items in your shopping cart if you have not yet completed your order in the checkout. 


  • If you know what kind of carpet or carpet style you are looking for, type it into the search bar or use our categories.

    You can search by, for example, carpet style, name or origin. 

    You can refine your search by color, size, shape, carpet style, material, etc. by using our search filters or sort the items based on price or relevance. 

  • After selecting the carpet of your choice, click on the ”Add to cart”-button to place the carpet in your shopping cart. 


    The next step is to go to the checkout counter. You do this by clicking on the link shopping cart in the top right corner. 

    The final step is to choose your delivery- and payment methods. Click on the options you prefer and follow the instructions given.
